Fill in flash is a basic way to light up a picture when it is neccessary. Our pictures were suppose to be taken outside but the flash wasn't making a dramatic difference so we tried them inside. In the top picture of D'Mikel, Everything is perfectly lit and you can see him clearly. In the bottom half, however, the picture is blurry and is in desperate need of a flash to see him more clearly.
